West Michigan Congressman Hillary Scholten has taken in at least $223,532 to date from AIPAC aka the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. What did Israel buy with that money? It bought a lot of Hillary Scholten voting in lock-step with Republicans on things like banning the State Department from citing the Gaza Health Ministry on official death counts coming out of Gaza (Rep. Jared Moskowitz’s (D-Fla.) amendment to H.R. 8771). It’s gotten her to vote for over $20 billion in aid to Israel this year alone, She’s voted to deeming any criticism of Israel as anti-semitic, she’s taken an all expense trip to Israel to shoot propaganda videos for the Israeli government. She voted for a resolution that says the State of Israel is not a racist or apartheid state which is far from the truth and she refuses to even acknowledge the 40,000+ Palestinians Israel has killed since 10/7/23.
Hillary Scholten is always making another photo op with both her fellow Dems on the AIPAC payroll such as MI-11’s Haley Stevens or FL-25 Debbie Wasserman Schultz who I first heard about when she was forced to resign as the head of the DNC when some of her emails were leaked showing cheating in the 2016 Dem primary to get Hillary Clinton the nomination and block Bernie Sanders. She also makes a lot of appearances with Republicans such as IN-02 Congressman Rudy Yakym and LA-04 Rep Speaker Mike Johnson who she claims to despise although she votes in lock-step with him constantly. Oh yeah, she’s even voted to save him from being ousted from the Speaker position multiple times.
Who is Hillary Scholten’s AIPAC Handler?
Thomas Massie had made some interesting comments about AIPAC Handlers the other day. He say everybody but me has got an AIPAC Handler or an AIPAC babysitter. This person is always talking to you on behalf of AIPAC. They are in constant communication with our Congressmen and Congresswomen to tell them how to vote. He said maybe when you come to DC you have lunch with them. They’ve got your cell number so they can speak to you before votes.
This congress that Hillary Scholten got elected into is the most do nothing congress of our lifetimes. Beyond constantly voting to give our tax dollars to Ukraine and Israel, all this congress has done is vote for a ton of nonsense bills attempting to cover up or justify the ongoing ethnic cleansing of Palestine by Israel which by all accounts is a genocide that our government is actively bipartisan supporting.
After Thomas Massie had said something about the AIPAC handlers, Kyrsten Sinema’s handler got brought up in a @trackAIPAC post on Twitter (I’m not calling it X).
This pic I thought was pretty interesting after what I had seen Thomas Massie say on video. Kyrsten almost makes this look like she is talking to some average constituent but this is actually a picture of her AIPAC babysitter Erika Neuberg that basically controls how she votes and we everyone views Kyrsten Sinema as one of the biggest sell outs around. The moment she got into congress she was voting for special interests and capitalism and against everything that she ran on.
Since I have been watching my congress person vote with the alt-right and the corporate dem leadership and just be full-boar in support of Israel and genocide denial, I started to wonder if I could figure out who our AIPAC handler is for MI-03 and it wasn’t hard to figure out.
One West Michigan MI-03 AIPAC Handler is Grand Rapids lawyer Hal Ostrow
This appears to be MI-03’s and currently Hillary Scholten’s AIPAC handler Hal Ostrow. Here she is pictured with him on Jul 19,2023 while attending a joint session of Congress with President Herzog of Israel. I started to do a little bit of looking around and ended up coming a cross a bunch of pictures of him with other notable politicians from our area from the past and some references to AIPAC. There are pictures here of him with Sen Ben Sasse, Sen Al Franken and Rep Bill Huizenga. This newsletter is from 2017 and he talks about his first AIPAC conference 15 years back so all the way back to 2002. Hal refers to the AIPAC National Council which he is a part of.
Hal Ostrow shouts out his close friendship with Republicans Fred Upton, Bill Huizenga, Tim Walberg, Ben Sasse. It’s no surprise that he ends up tight with Hillary Scholten who brags about “reaching across the aisle” and getting awards for bipartisanship which is just code for both parties moving right. As you can see his “friends” are coached about security assistance directly to Israel, cooperating with Israel on missile defense, and addressing regional and worldwide threats such as Iran. I’ve heard the stories before. You either take their money and do their bidding or they fund your opponent and do everything in their power to have you removed from office.
Everything that you can see about Hal is right wing. His tweets, who he donates too. His twitter is socials are mostly all protected but even a quick search on open secrets to see who he donates to shows what you would expect. I can see donations to Josh Gottheimer of NJ-05, Peter Meijer who was West Michigan’s last Republican congressman. The more I look into it the more I am just blown away by how our electoral system works. In a way this is an embedded group of people here in the United States working to influence our government on behalf of a foreign country. A foreign country that right now is ethnically cleansing Palestine, attempting to erase it’s history and people and steal their land. To watch this in action lately has been horrifying.
In summary, MI-03 Representative Hillary Scholten is heavily funded by AIPAC, actively promoting their agenda through propaganda videos and consistently voting in alignment with Israel’s interests, even when it contradicts the desires of West Michigan residents. It’s clear that Hillary does not truly represent us; rather, she appears compromised, taking directives from her AIPAC handlers on how to vote.
